They deserve less than 0!!!!! They were the most non-caring staff that I have ever known!!!!! Way overpriced, non-caring, poor perspective on the condition of the pet and then giving oral medication when the dog was having a difficult time breathing. The staff seemed to have no idea of the severity of the condition of the animal and would rather have money than a caring spirit. I am sure they became vets for the $$$$$$ not the love of animals---sad, they have a monopoly on the emergency system for pets in Rochester and they charge a couple of hundred just to go through the door, but it is not even that, it's the fact they will not even attempt to save a dog, and who has thousands on a weekend in their pockets.
