I scheduled an incision. They sent me a text confirming it. I arrive for the procedure to find out its been cancelled. The provider they scheduled me with can't do it after all. And the front desk person was snarky because supposedly they left me a voice mail. I never received that, but I did receive the b.s. text confirmation. I'm moving in a week and they only had a couple of other appointments to choose from before then. Most being over an hour away. So now I'm just out of luck for at least several more months.
