I had a great experience at Metropolitan Dermatology in Saddle Brook. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming right from the start. Dr. Martinez, did a wonderful job explaining every step of the procedure. He made me feel very comfortable and was willing to work with me. I left with satisfaction. Another nice bonus is that they offer free samples to take home—it’s been really helpful to try products out before committing to them. Definitely recommend! ,
Dr Martinez is an incredible person! The entire staff from the front desk to the back of the house were incredibly welcoming and sooo helpful. Dr Martinez made me feel comfortable and i had no issue asking any questions. The cream he prescribed me has done amazing work to my condition. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for true hospitality and care for their needs. Thank you Dr. Martinez and staff ! 10 out of 10 experience.
The provider, Carlos Martinez, took the time to listen to my concerns and took an equal amount of time to explain in return. I finally felt valued as a patient and truly heard.
From the moment I walked in the staff was very friendly. No wait time. Dr. Martinez was amazing. He really took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend them!
