Wonderful staff. Courteous and professional. I was seen on an emergency basis within 2 hours of calling. Dr. Pak and nurse Jennifer were terrific. They were very reassuring and explained process every step of the way during my procedure. Highly recommend Affiliated Dermatology.
We had a somewhat difficult appointment, and Jen went above and beyond her role. She didn’t just help us as a medical professional — she stepped in as a mom, showing compassion, patience, and understanding toward both me and my daughter. Her kindness made an overwhelming situation so much easier, and I’m truly grateful for the care and support she gave us.

After years having positive experiences with Michelle, I switched to Lillian due to appointment scheduling conflicts. After waiting 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time (and I arrived 10 minutes early), Lillian rushed the questions I had, scolded me for asking too many questions, dismissed diagnoses I’ve had for years from multiple other doctors, and made me uncomfortable for my first full body scan (you’re pretty much naked, mind you).
