Had the best experience in 15 years at Epiphany Dermatology yesterday. Check staff was professional. Nurse getting information was efficient and made me relaxed. Best was NP T . Occhiuto. She patiently answered all my questions and was efficient and professional. Directed me in how to follow up with a different concern. Will be coming back and telling my friends.
My annual skin checkup was with Tina, she was very careful, knowledgeable as well as through .
Everyone seems so unhappy to be working there. I waited in the parking lot over 20 minutes for a space. I called to let them know I arrived but could not park. No one answered the phone. When I arrived, the receptionist told me I was "late" and would need to check if I could be seen. I was told I would be seen but that I would likely have to wait a while. I waited 30 minutes. TRIED CALLING THE OFFICE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TODAY WITH DR. COOPER FOR COSMETIC FILLERS. SPENT 18 MINUTES ON HOLD. I SELECTED THE OPTION TO SPEAK WITH THE "PATIENT CONCIERGE." THE CONCIERGE PICKED UP THE PHONE AND THEN HUNG IT UP. TRIED A COUPLE MORE TIMES AND EACH TIME I JUST WAITED ON HOLD FOR OVER TEN MINUTES, WHILE LISTENING TO A VOICE TELLING ME HOW IMPORTANT MY CALL WAS TO THEM. I GAVE UP AND CALLED ANOTHER PRACTICE. WHY HAVE A "PATIENT CONCIERGE" IF THEY DO NOT DO THEIR JOB?
