Wait time was short after check-in. Tina Occhuito was very professional and informative.
The provider “Tina” Spent about 30 seconds with me. She did not care about my history or anything about an ongoing condition that I have. She quickly prescribed medication’s that I was allergic to. The medication she prescribed were in my chart as an allergy. I filed a complaint with the medical board. People like this do not deserve to practice. I would highly advise you to find a better dermatologist to go to if you value your health
I have never written a negative review before, but this experience was well deserving of one. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, as instructed in the text message I received. I was then guided to an exam room, where I waited an additional 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. While that was frustrating, I understand that medical offices can run behind schedule.
