All the nursing staff always take the time to answer my questions and make sure everything is understood. Their clear communication and friendly demeanor makes home health care so much easier. accepted a visit through Clipboard Health and it took me an entire week just to get signed into their CRM because of multiple system errors and zero real technical support. The only “training” they gave me was a promotional video that didn’t explain how to navigate the CRM or complete documentation properly. Despite all of this, I completed the patient visit, submitted my note, added my PIN and electronic signature, and even uploaded a signed route sheet.
