I called late in the afternoon on Tuesday 2/19 wanting to get flowers sent to my Dad, as I'm in another state and couldn't be there for his surgery. The gal I spoke with was not only willing to deliver the flowers that same day, but offered to deliver them AFTER the shop closed and on her own personal time. After chatting about budget as well as style, I decided to wait until her shipment came in the next morning for her fresh shipment of bright, spring colors. Went down to the shop 45 minutes after their delivery driver left, told me he would be back in around two hours to make my delivery. Less than a half hour after leaving and my delivery was made. Really went out of the way to make my available time. So between the excellent customer service and great arrangements how would you not give anything but 5 stars.
