First time patient, but very happy about the experience. They let you know how long the wait could be, what’s next step. This relieves some anxiety from the patients. The staff are polite, and doctor is effective. I have been to several urgent cares, this is the best one hand down. Strongly recommended it!
Terrible experience. Horrible customer service. I paid my copayment and when I was in the nursing room. They asked me about my visit. When I told her. She said only one thing I have a pain and sleepy arm, my pain was related with my arm. I asked her if they have a doctor and they didn't have a doctor to see me only a nurse. They told me that after 40 minutes waiting. I asked for my refund immediately. The ladies at the front desk look like they don't enjoy their work. They are not willing to help
I absolutely love the doctor that rendered care to me. She was understanding and really cared about my concerns. I could tell I wasn't just a number to her.
THEY WERE AWESOME GOT ME IN AND OUT ONLY 6 MIN FROM MY HOUSE I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK !!!
