I needed stitches on my handand Markell was great! very calming and made the whole process a lot easier. Gillian at the front desk/center administration was absolutely amazing. She’s always super nice and promptly resolves everything. Hopefully I won’t need to come back, but if I ever had to pick an urgent care again it would definitely be this one.
Love this urgent care! They are always super fast and very nice. Very clean waiting room. Highly recommend Dr Quincy (PA) she has to be the sweetest doctor I've ever met. She truly takes her time to listen to your concerns and doesn't make you feel rushed. The nurses and all the doctors are amazing. The receptionist up front is such a sweet girl. Highly impressed.
I was having shortness of breath and knew I needed immediate urgent care. I found AFC online and gave them a call. From the beginning I was given excellent service. Nevaeh the receptionist scheduled my appointment ahead of time and made sure I was good when I got there. My check in and wait time was not long at all. The lady who took my vitals was absolutely amazing and once the PA Meagan came in she made sure she gave me the best care. Literally best care that I have received from any health provider ever. Front desk admin were very professional. My nurse was also professional and attentive. My doctor was kind, attentive and detail oriented. She even ensured that we ran extra tests just to make sure that all potential illnesses were diagnosed. The place was clean and had a warm feeling to it. Really enjoyed my time here despite not feeling well.
I brought my mom to this urgent care today and the experience was very positive. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Brandon and Dr. Markell was very attentive and patient with her. We truly appreciated the care she received and will definitely return here if we need urgent care again.
