My daughter and I were in town for a basketball tournament, and she injured her ankle. We went to the Mooresville location, but they did not have a radiology tech available, but kindly called the Statesville location to confirm they were able to provide radiology services and provided me with the address. Upon arrival to the Statesville office, we were greeted and promptly assisted by a kind woman at the front desk. Check in was fast and easy. My 3 yr old was presenting an allergic reaction. I walked in they got my info real quick and had a nurse meet me at the door to go straight to triage and as we was walking there a dr met us. Dr quickly evaluated her and sent her straight to room for some Benadryl. They kept an eye on her for 30 min and Dr decided she was not improving and gave her a steroid. I had a really good experience here. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. It was quick and everything was super clean and nice. The doctor was great and made me feel a lot better about my injury. Overall everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend.
I came in with chest pain, the receptionist was really nice about getting me checked in. I waited 5 minutes or less to get called to go to a room. When I got to the room someone came in right away to do an EKG. After the EKG was complete the medical professional came in. His name was Jose, he was so awesome and personable. He came in ready to listen and didn’t treat me like a number. They got us in quickly! My daughter had a sore throat and they immediately did a rapid test before everything so we wouldn’t have to wait on it. The NP there was very kind and informative. This is our second time using them and both times we have had great experiences.
