Worst urgent care. Third time attempting to come here. First 2 times I walked out because of misinformation on website vs what they tell you in person. There’s zero communication and their “waiting” system for getting tested does not work. Not to mention customer service is non existent. Received a call to come in and it still took over an hour waiting outside to be called in. Do NOT recommend. Make the trip to Mt. Doctor gave my daughter a hard time about coming in for a cut on her hand. He did not clean her hand prior to glueing. Cut reopened the next day. Doctor noted in chart that she was up to date on tetanus but she said he never brought it up! Don’t bother calling because their customer service is also poor!!
RecommendedStaff was very friendly and the doctor was very knowledgeable. I would definitely come here again!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! They were attentive with a quick turnaround time. I'm truly impressed! The Dr was friendly and knowledgeable.
Very disappointed in my first visit to this urgent care clinic and I will not be returning. Staff was unprofessional, as if working on an assembly line. After waiting 2 hours, My PA was clueless to assist me once the flu test was negative she recommended I take Zantac for my flu like symptoms. Someone should let her know Zantac has been recalled. Facility was dirty. My exam room had trash on the floor and the bed was dirty. I wasted two hours of my life and fed their bottom line. Never again....
I would highly recommend AFC Urgent care in Stamford. They are the best when you cant get to your own doctor or you dont have one. They are so friendly and caring. again highly recommend.
