Excellent service, courteous and professional. Not to mention that it was inexpensive for me tha was a cash patient.
My first time going here for a walk-in urgent care appointment on a Sunday morning. The wait was short. The staff was very polite and welcoming and the care was thorough. My provider was very personable and kind. The facility is also very clean. I would definitely come back!
I had a really positive experience at this urgent care. The medical assistant who helped me was wonderful — she was friendly, easy to talk to, and made me feel comfortable right away. She also performed my test and explained everything clearly,
Last night I scheduled a Telehealth visit for 9am the next morning. By 9:10am I didn’t get an invite for the appointment so I called. I was told the provider was refusing to get on my appointment and I needed to come in the next day to see a different provider. I have a son home with RSV and I am also sick so going in was not an option.
