I waited awhile past the appointment time unfortunately, but the lady who performed my test was great. Instructions were simple, she was friendly & polite, everything went good & overall everything was great! Excellent communication before & after my appointment/test, & i received a paper copy for my records. Good experience, professional establishment, great people who were helpful & easy to interact with. Only frustration was the 45 min wait past the appointment I'd made & got to 10min early.
