Sat for two hours without receiving care. 1.5 hours in staff communicated errors in the computer system, they communicated no expectation that this would be fixed in a timely manner.
I don’t bring my family to any other urgent care other than AFC Southampton. The staff is friendly and the CRNP Danielle is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They make us at all feel at ease every time we are there.
The doctor/nurse was very helpful. She prescribed meds to treat my pain. Hopefully this will help me. Everyone was very nice and helpful
