I was out of state and had a medical situation develop. They were close so I went to this location. Thorough evaluation but prescribe the incorrect meds. When I got back home in Texas was re-evaluated and given the proper medicine. I paid upfront but I am getting a notice to pay again. My EOB says I am covered and now the phone number they listed is not going through. Perhaps some electrical issue but they have yet to answer the phone since Friday. Everything was great! Everyone was super friendly and nice to me. I came in. I was very sick. I was in and out. The doctor was great. I will definitely be sending people your way😊
I had a really frustrating experience here. I went in for a tuberculosis test required for my job, and was told I’d get my results in 3 to 5 days. It’s now been a week, so I went in to follow up. The same person who gave me the original timeline apologized and said she had given me the wrong information—it’s actually 5 to 10 days.
