Super smooth experience both times I’ve been! Angel at the front desk is truly an angel!
Worst urgent care I’ve ever visited. I came here to have my medication dosage checked, but it appears that the dosage information was not included in my test results, even after a week. When I went to refill my prescription, I realized the dosage had been marked as checked, which was confusing because I never received any information about it. I’m not sure what happened, but the lack of communication and follow-up was very disappointing.
I have mixed feelings about my experience here. I came in for a dog bite (a day after the incident occurred). The doctor on the first day was wonderful. He explained that while the wound itself didn’t need immediate treatment, he suspected the bite went deep and carried a high risk of infection, especially since it was right on the joint.
