The service was incredibly helpful and eager to see my little one. They worked with him and his discomfort, and they took care of us very quickly. They had all the right tools to make a quick and accurate diagnosis and prescribed medication that worked for him. Even after we left, we had some trouble getting the insurance to cover the medication, but they called and took care of it all so the insurance would pay. Great experience! I have not been to an urgent care before, but they made the whole process very comfortable. They have good hours, an easy appointment process, all staff was very kind and helpful, and the building was clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend AFC Sanford!
