I have visited this office several times and have generally had positive experiences, which is why this visit was so disappointing. Unfortunately, our interaction with the nurse practitioner, Louis-Jacques, was by far the worst experience we’ve had here. Disappointing , I called asked how busy they were at 2:50pm, the girl who answered the phone said there was no one waiting at the time. I said great i ll be right there I am close by. got here and checked in by 3:08 pm i think and brought to a room and at 3:56pm. I asked when was the Dr coming in my room ? No one is ahead of me ? He said they are running late. The Dr. didn't get into the building in until 4:00 pm ! I was seen at 4:03 two looks at me and said she ll call in a prescription I was out at 4:10. Won't be back.
