Today I went to urgent care and had such a wonderful experience. The doctor and medical assistant were absolutely amazing. They were kind, caring, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. They made what could have been a stressful appointment feel so easy and pleasant. I truly appreciate the time and compassion they showed me. Thank you both for making my experience such a positive one! ❤
This is absolutely the best urgent care I have ever been to and can’t recommend them enough. The staff was incredible. They got me in right away, the girl at the front desk was super nice, the lady who did the vitals was amazing and then the Dr. was exceptional! I would only ever go to them going forward! Oh and they even gave my son who was upset during the appointment a little you that they had for kids! Loved them!
Dr. Alex was absolutely incredible. She was confident in her work and ability to perform well. She made me feel comfortable with good bedside manner while remaining professional. She made sure I was comfortable and knew what every next step was. I received the best care possible for my needs at the time. The office was very clean and inviting. The front desk staff and nurse nurse were also top notch with their friendly smiles and kind attitudes. We will definitely be back if the need arises!
BY FAR the best urgent care in the area. The place is clean, the staff is great and Dr Bhatia was incredible.
