Started at St. Luke’s New Beginnings Pediatrics in Phillipsburg — terrible experience with a 3-hour wait. Would never take a child back there or wish it on my worst enemy. We left and went straight to AFC Urgent Care in Phillipsburg and the difference was night and day. In and out in about 20 minutes with excellent care from Dr. G, a wonderful nurse, and great front desk staff.
Had an amazing experience at this urgent care. Went in because my pressure was very high at home and I was very anxious. I was taken in very quickly the front receptionist was very nice and helped me fill out my paperwork quickly. The nurse who spoke with me before the doctor came in so sweet and helped calm me down. They even checked my pressure using the digit and again with the manual. We had a small emergency on a holiday. AFC was the only urgent care open anywhere near us. Filled out everything online, showed up at our appointment time, we were seen within two minutes and our issue was taken care of. The staff were great. Our practitioner was very knowledgeable and caring. My son even gave her a hug after helping him. This was a blessing for us.
Had an amazing experience at this urgent care. The doctor Alexandra was very thoughtful and thorough. Juliana was very pleasant and helpful at the front desk. Shania was also very nice and sweet. Definitely a great experience.
