An unexpected surprise with patient care… 5 stars across the board. Very friendly receptionist, knowledgeable medical staff and our PA, Abby Summerall, was excellent. The level of caring was beyond my expectations and very welcome. Wish this office and staff could be our new PCP. Would definitely recommend to anyone!! Thank you!
Kat and Mercedes were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were extremely friendly and happy to help clear up any confusions. As soon as I walked in I was greeted heartily in a meaningful way, with smiles as genuine as they come. All the service from the nurses and medical professionals in the back were phenomenal: fast, concise, and I felt very paid attention to. This is by far the most organized Urgent care center I've ever been too. Efficient, and Madison has great bedside manner and personality. All of the staff were wonderful. Not that I want to need urgent care again, but this facility I highly recommend It was worth the drive from Kingston to get such quality care
I had a really great experience here. The staff was so nice and sweet, and they spoke to me in such a kind and thorough way. They made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions without rushing me. I was also attended to very quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, the whole team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Everyone was so nice and caring from the front desk to the Doctor! And they figured what was wrong with me in no time! Also, since I was a cash patient, I thought the amount was very reasonable, which included a flue test, a Covid test and a chest x ray! I would definately use them again if needed.❤️
