Super sweet staff and providers. Very clean facility. They were great with my kids and bonus of TVs in the rooms while waiting! Stephan had a little Easter basket drawing they were doing. We had an appointment at 9:45 and we walked out by 10:15!
Went in as I was waitlisted with my regular provider for a callback. They had me back within 5 minutes of walking in and on my way within 15. I am so thankful they were able to help me, I'm already starting to feel better. Also, both the woman up front and the provider were super sweet and personable.
My 10 yr old had such a bad headache and sore throat that progressed quickly through the day and he was seen right away. They did a thorough exam and ran tests to rule out anything contagious.The entire staff was so kind and attentive, our first time here and I was very impressed! Thank you!
This is the best Urgent Care I’ve ever had the pleasure of being treated! From the sweet lady that helped me get signed in, to the sweet lady that got me ready for the PA to the PA that saw me, absolutely the best experience I’ve had. I was injured and they helped me get through the process as quickly and efficiently as possible. What a great experience, thank you all so much!!
This was a wonderful experience. The receptionist took care of all the paperwork as did the technician as she took a good and accurate history. The PA continued the appointment in a welcoming, concerning, and professional manner. Prescriptions were called in and a write-up of the appointment was provided at release. A thank you card was included with the paperwork. Highly recommended!
