I had an amazing experience at this urgent care after breaking my finger. The staff got me in very quickly and made a stressful situation so much easier. Everyone was kind, gentle, and took the time to explain everything they were doing and what I needed to do next. They treated me with care and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Super fast and helpful service. Provided information and answered all of our questions. Check in was organized and the lady was super kind. The nurse was sweet and caring to my family. Mr. Stanley answered all of our questions and provided guidance for follow up care if needed. Would highly recommend this office and staff.
I had a great experience at this location from the front desk to the provider. I accidentally booked the wrong location on the app, but they still saw me in Oak Ridge and the front desk was attentive and kind. Brittany was so warm and friendly, it was tricky getting blood from my vein because I was dehydrated, but she made it seamless and was able to get blood from my other arm. The provider Brian was thorough and had great bed side manners. I definitely will recommend AFC to friends and family.
I can’t say enough positive about my experience today. From checking in to the nurse to assess my situation to the nurse practitioner that treated me. They are all very professional, friendly and skilled. The facility was extremely clean and my wait time was virtually nothing. I was traveling from out of town. It was nice to have a caring group of people when I needed it.
Super sweet staff and providers. Very clean facility. They were great with my kids and bonus of TVs in the rooms while waiting! Stephan had a little Easter basket drawing they were doing. We had an appointment at 9:45 and we walked out by 10:15!
