I had a great experience at this location from the front desk to the provider. I accidentally booked the wrong location on the app, but they still saw me in Oak Ridge and the front desk was attentive and kind. Brittany was so warm and friendly, it was tricky getting blood from my vein because I was dehydrated, but she made it seamless and was able to get blood from my other arm. The provider Brian was thorough and had great bed side manners. I definitely will recommend AFC to friends and family.
Every person we encountered was kind, helpful, professional and listened to our concerns and needs. It was easy to register online and we were quickly seen in office. This was the best medical experience we’ve had anywhere we have lived. We walked out confident that medical needs were met. We drove 30 minutes based on the reviews and very happy that we did. Highly recommend!
Rarely have I ever found such excellent customer service with a friendly atmosphere it's very difficult to find this in the medical field. They were prompt very courteous friendly and welcoming I didn't feel like a burden coming through the door seeing somebody's tired eyes looking up at me and sliding a clipboard over to me that did not happen. I can’t say enough positive about my experience today. From checking in to the nurse to assess my situation to the nurse practitioner that treated me. They are all very professional, friendly and skilled. The facility was extremely clean and my wait time was virtually nothing. I was traveling from out of town. It was nice to have a caring group of people when I needed it.
I had an excellent visit at AFC urgent Care. The entire staff was phenomenal, the receptionist, the triage nurse, and Brian, the NP. My illness was quickly diagnosed. I was given a prescription and multiple pages of the treatment plan and follow up care. I will always go there when I need urgent care. Thank you AFC Urgent Care.
