Super sweet staff and providers. Very clean facility. They were great with my kids and bonus of TVs in the rooms while waiting! Stephan had a little Easter basket drawing they were doing. We had an appointment at 9:45 and we walked out by 10:15!
The staff was awesome. My grandchildren are visiting from out of state. My granddaughter was not feeling well. I contacted them and they helped me with the out of state insurance and everything else needed. Truly a good experience. Special thanks to Angie for going above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. If ever we need urgent care again we will be back!! Thank you AFC
Amazing staff. Wonderful patient care. Very professional and kind. They work so well with my almost 9 yr old twin girls. One is very shy and she loves going here. The nurse, Amanda, is the absolute best. We love the professionalism, politeness, cleanliness of the office and rooms, and how caring the staff truly is. The check in calls, that's above and beyond and we are appreciative!
I came in on July 4th, a holiday where many others were closed. So thankful I did not have to sit at the ER. The staff, everyone from the front all the way to the back, was kind and professional. They were attentive to my needs and a special shout out to Angie who helped problem solve when I discovered my insurance had lapsed so that I was able to get care. Had an issue that needed medical assistance & came here…wonderful staff, super clean & very comfortable waiting room greeted me upon my arrival. My wait time was minimal & I was on my way in no time I now have a reliable urgent care for future use should I need one! Highly recommend this place for unexpected emergencies that pop up!
