Entire staff was professional and caring. The NP took time to explain the injury to my son and why rest was important for healing wrist.
Everything went absolutely great. Staff made me feel comfortable, and there was definitely very respectful.
My initial visits to this AFC location were great. Over time, I've become increasingly frustrated at the apparent lack of follow up, as well as some comments made by staff. I sprained my knee in early July. Went to AFC on July 27, was x-rayed, then given a referral for an MRI to Cone Imaging. After repeated calls, and after two weeks of no communication from Cone, I called AFC back and asked for a referral to a different imaging center. Didn't hear anything again for 10 days.
