We brought our 9 month old daughter in for an emergency visit because she had a high fever. The provider looked scared when he came into the exam room. He didn’t know what to do or how to exam her because she was an “infant”. They had no infant pulse oximeter so he said we should go to the ER because they weren’t equipped for pediatric care/diagnosis. I don't have a Google account so I'm leaving this review from a family members account. I was "seen" this Monday by a Nurse practitioner called Kim. This place has the same issues of most urgent care locations in that they have become useless and a scam by sending patients to the ER or telling them to follow up with the family practice doctor. They took time and listened to help my toddler. Very friendly and professional.
Service was solid, but asked me to do an optional Strep test for my daughter. Probably only $100 they said. Came back as $700. I negotiated it down.. but not oaky.
Apart from the filthy exam room, the staff were not only not dressed appropriately (wearing a sweatshirt), couldn't print my document instructions because they didn't know how to replace the ink, and unclean practice with handling medical equipment. The MA in training was carrying around my syringe for a good 5 minutes walking back and forth, then the PA while wearing gloves touched her face, hair, and glasses and then proceeded to inject me. Very unprofessional and again, dirty.
