Sterling Urgent Care was very clean and the staff was quite professional. Britta, our PA, listened very thoroughly and explained everything in great detail. She went above and beyond our expectations, in addition to providing local pharmacy location and phone number (we are here from out of town) to aid us in making sure everything was as easy as possible for me to pick up my prescription. If you have to go to an urgent care, this is where you want to go! I've taken my toddler, elderly mother and myself here and it's always a good experience. The environment is very clean and well-kept. The staff at the front is kind and the doctors are patient and knowledgeable. One of the doctors even went out of his way to get my mom additional care for her eye by jumping on his phone and calling a bunch of people! Very happy to have this place close to our house.
I will update my review if they fix the billing problem. I should have only a $60 copay, which I paid, but they sent my a bill with a $60 payment and a balance due of $156. This was just an urgent care visit, no additional tests were done. I have insurance which they accepted. Apparently they don’t know how to bill insurance or they just want the patient to pay more, so they billed it in a different way. Each time I’ve gone in, I’ve been billed for things that their membership was supposed to cover and they’re really disorganized. I’ve also had issues that revealed that they’re really disorganized and not able to provide good customer service. When I call, nobody can help or answer my questions. Their membership will not save you money, they’re a pain to work with and highly recommend not going here. Things that led me to sign up have been inconvenient. I went in 15 minutes before closing! Needed to have x-rays for 3 rib fractures! They took great care of me, didn't seem to mind staying late. Great team over there.
