I am extremely upset about our experience at this urgent care. My boyfriend and I came in right when they opened at 8:00 AM. He had pink eye, ear pain, could barely hear out of one ear and said everything sounded like he was underwater, and he was coughing up mucus. Everyone was nice until the provider came in. At one point he laughed because he felt awkward during the exam and said, “I feel so dumb.” She responded rudely, “Why? It’s part of my job?” and after that her whole attitude seemed to change. I’ve been here twice now - the staff is very kind and wait times are minimal. Very efficient, hands down the best urgent care I have been to!
We had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! My daughter went in for pink eye and was seen right away. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring. The staff and doctor were knowledgeable, thorough, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to get her in and the level of care she received. Highly recommend AFC!
