This office is wonderful. I have been here twice with my daughters and they have been seen with there symptoms super fast. Here they are friendly and kind. They treat you like family. The kindness to me is so important and this office is the best. Thank you all for always a wonderful visit and making my children feel at home. Would recommend this office to anyone.
Amazing experience. Went in due to a sprain and to ensure there was nothing more. From start to finish the experience was great. Front desk staff were so considerate and came out to me to complete what they needed. They assisted me into a wheelchair and helped make my visit as comfortable as possible. The provider Michaela was so genuine and personable as were the X-ray techs that assisted and got me in. The whole process was completed so quickly. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Highly recommend this Urgent Care.
Nice visit and the entire staff was super fast and friendly. I can't say that I enjoy visiting with any doctors office but this was a very pleasant experience. Additionally their facility was super clean and the two PA's who treated me (Andy and Curtis) were great and explained what was wrong with me in elementary terms that I could understand. First time visiting a AFC Urgent Care location and I am blown away by the level of service and care at the Lenoir NC location. Check-in was a breeze. Hannah at the front desk is phenomenal! She is professional, kind and helpful. I waited less than 5 minutes and was seen by a nurse. Ellery was superb! She is compassionate, knowledgeable and provided an excellent level of care. I rarely ever go to Urgent Care but this time, I absolutely had to go. I recently threw my back out and was in excruciating pain. I couldn't stand, sit or walk. I couldn't get an appointment with my actual doctor because it was the weekend so I had to make an appointment with Urgent Care to get some relief. I walked right in and felt immediately cared for.
