I can never say enough positive things about the staff at AFC! Pamela Galvin, Ellery Holifield, Kassadi England, and the entire team are truly exceptional. I'm what you would call a "frequent flyer" because of my dysautonomia and autoimmune disorder. One of the conditions I live with is POTS, which requires me to receive regular IV fluids. It was a pleasant experience especially since I was in a lot of pain. I felt very well taken care of…. Especially when the medical assistant offer to have my medical pick up at the Asheville wals a wonderful idea because I was heading that way for a event and wanted to get the medicine in my system soon instead of waiting later when I would head back to Lenoir. Thanks again 🤗💝
My 7 year old son ended up having to get a staple in his head after being hit in the head. Everyone was so kind, it was so clean, hardly any wait at all. It was hands down the best experience possible. I am so thankful to have such a great urgent care in this town.
The Registration Nurse, the Nurse & Doctor were all very nice & really helpful. Wait time was really short. I would definitely recommend this urgent care over any one I have ever been too. Thanks to all the staff that helped me.
Had an amazing experience when bringing in my son for care. It’s always such a sensitive time when you’re bringing in a loved one for urgent care and everyone at this facility was phenomenal. Everyone was kind and caring and very thoughtful in their care in response and that is very comforting and helpful. The facility is very clean and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
