Absolutely Amazing from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left. The young lady, extremely well groomed and pleasant behind the glass could not have been more sympathetic and accommodating. Doctor Tim was as well amazing. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. The front desk was friendly, efficient, and professional — no long waits, no chaos, just calm, smooth service. Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was incredible—from the friendly and efficient front desk nurse to the attentive and caring nurses, every person made my son & I feel comfortable and well taken care of. The doctor was extremely thorough, took the time to explain everything clearly, and showed excellent bedside manner throughout the entire visit. You can truly tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend!
These people are amazing. I originally thought I might have an infection in my chest and so I went to the ER and the ER was very dismissive and said they found nothing. I got worse and i had to get a doctors note and wasn’t really looking to find anything wrong because I didn’t want that experience again. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with any urgent care. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse and the nurse practitioner that I saw were absolutely amazing. They actually took the time to talk to me and understand what my problem was. They seemed to genuinely care for me and my health and wellbeing. I’ve told everyone about this experience. If more medical providers were like this people would not be so hesitant to seek the care they need.
