First time going here, my daughter has been sick and wouldn’t go to the er or fast med she does not care for neither place and who could blame her! But super nice staff! They treated her great and with care, she was scared to get tested for flu/covid and strep and they made it an easy comfortable process for her so i thank them for that! This place is great!!! We took my almost 2 year old son that was having flu symptoms and they let us check in while he waited in the car with my nana, they also let us stay in the car until we were able to be seen. When we got to see the nurse she was great and very friendly! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Doctor Tim was beyond one of the best physicians we have seen at any urgent care! I returned with my son to AFC, as his cough was worsening a couple days after his first visit (our first visit was an excellent experience, very thorough). I cannot thank the nurse practitioner, Micheala, enough for her astute attention to detail and diligent care; she ordered a chest xray and the radiologist read it as pneumonia! She prescribed antibiotics and medication for his cough (a lifesaver, his cough had been keeping him up at night!). He is on his way to recovery and feeling SO much better. Facility is clean and staff are very caring and polite. Doctor doesnt rush you through but listens and takes care when providing treatment and options for your care. The woman doctor that I saw was very thorough and took time to find out what was wrong without making me feel like I was another number being pushed through just to make another dollar. Amazing experience. Went in due to a sprain and to ensure there was nothing more. From start to finish the experience was great. Front desk staff were so considerate and came out to me to complete what they needed. They assisted me into a wheelchair and helped make my visit as comfortable as possible. The provider Michaela was so genuine and personable as were the X-ray techs that assisted and got me in. The whole process was completed so quickly. I was in and out in under 45 minutes. Highly recommend this Urgent Care.
