Nice visit and the entire staff was super fast and friendly. I can't say that I enjoy visiting with any doctors office but this was a very pleasant experience. Additionally their facility was super clean and the two PA's who treated me (Andy and Curtis) were great and explained what was wrong with me in elementary terms that I could understand. First time visiting a AFC Urgent Care location and I am blown away by the level of service and care at the Lenoir NC location. Check-in was a breeze. Hannah at the front desk is phenomenal! She is professional, kind and helpful. I waited less than 5 minutes and was seen by a nurse. Ellery was superb! She is compassionate, knowledgeable and provided an excellent level of care. When I saw the high reviews for this place I figured “there’s no way” but honestly I’d have to wonder if i’ve ever met a nicer group of people in my life let alone just in doctors visits. Excellent staff and that makes the difference. Though I will say the Doctor, who was exceptionally friendly and easy to talk with, did write me a notice for school…. When i’ve worked a salary job for the past 3 years hahaha. I’m sure they’ll take it.
The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Dr. Madisen Stephens is a wonderful doctor who took the time to make sure I had all the tests I needed. I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one!!
I had a wonderful experience. That's saying a lot when you arrive in agony. I was greated with a smile and the friendliest people. Everyone i encountered was caring and attentive of my needs. They worked well together. I felt extremely comfortable. I will return if I need emergency care. Glad I chose to allow them to start my healing process. I didn't have children with me but with the service I received, I would take my grandchildren.
