Very disrespectful and rude , almost 3 hours just for a 10 min instant drug test . Very very understaffed . Going to report to my employers to change locations back to Houston area safety council
I went to AFC Urgent Care in Laporte. I was greeting with a smile and she asked the reason for my visit. She took me right back into a room and told me they were going to take care of me. She was very sweet and reassuring. The nurse came in and was just as nice and attentive. The Dr came in and she was asking questions and listening to my issues and reassured me also. I felt very comfortable there which helped my anxiety level go down. I will be returning if ever I need to. Great staff, clean establishment.
