I can’t remember ever having a better experience at any urgent care facility — or any medical facility, for that matter. I was 90 minutes early for my appointment but I was still seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. Every staff member was personable and professional. The facility was clean and well-equipped. The online appointment and intake processes were very intuitive and very convenient. If you need urgent care in the Joplin area, I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care,
My 12 year old had been ill all weekend with a sore throat, congestion, and headache. I could not get a same day appointment with his regular pediatrician, so I took him by AFC Urgent Care. We did not have an appointment, but we were able to see a provider within 10 minutes. He was screened for Strep infection, flu a and b, and covid. Recieved a diagnosis with instructions for care and was out the door within 30 minutes. Fantastic staff! Great care! Thank you so much!
The experience was absolutely wonderful. The practitioner was very mindful, knowledgeable, diligent, and helpful. I truly appreciate the experience and thorough care that I received from the treatment team. Such a breathe of fresh air compared to other options in Joplin.
My son (11) received excellent care by the nursing staff at AFC. He’d had 5 day fever and tested positive for Fly A (through their tests). They were polite, friendly, and listened to his/our concerns. All things considered, this was a great urgent care experience! I highly recommend AFC based off our experience there!
My daughter is 3 and adores the staff. She is always treated so well. It’s an immaculate facility and I never worry about the cleanliness (a huge deal with kids!). I will recommend them to anyone and always bring my children here for care!
