12:20 appointment for my 5 month old who is sick, got there at 12. We were called back at 12:15 and then it took until 12:50 to see the provider. Thats a VERY long wait with a very fussy baby. Ended up agreeing to a nasal swab. The MA the took 15 minutes to “find the specific swab”. No. The swab for an infant is the same swab as for an adult. It takes about 45 seconds to find the swab and less than a minute to swab the baby. Pleasant front desk and staff when they were in front of you, but I’m not sure we’ll be back for futu... read more
