I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Seward and his nurse Mindy. They were very kind, compassionate, and understanding. They have a great bedside manner. Dr. Seward listened to me explain my concerns and took the time to hear me out. He was the only provider willing to help me out and get me in and seen. My doctor was absolutely amazing! She explained everything so clearly and didn't rush me at all. She even checked in multiple times to make sure all my questions were answered before I was discharged. Highly recommend!
If I could give this facility, 10 stars, I most certainly would. The young lady at the front desk was great, the nurses that took care of me were awesome and Amanda the care provider was out of this world. I told them I hoped I would only get sick on a weekend or holiday so I could come here because this care is top-notch. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these people and their level of care and their professionalism. Thank you so much for making someone that usually hates medical visits a pleasure.
In take was completely self directed. Not exactly a good start to a positive experience. Then I was charged upfront for the visit, which I understood. Then I was charged before I left again because the doctor gave me a prescription. I thought that was part of a visit. Total cost $170.00 for a bug bite. Every staff member I encountered was wonderful. I went first thing when they opened and had pre-registered online ahead of time. Check in was super smooth. I didn’t wait but a minute before being called back. The medical assistant was kind. The attending physician was absolutely wonderful and caring. He was able to help me quickly. I will probably choose to only visit this urgent care when the need arises.
