This place is a diamond. I love the people and the rapid service. Every time.
As the months have gone by, the bedside manor of the providers has gone downhill...the medical assistants are still great. The Providers have belittled both me and my husband multiple times on completely different days. I will be seeking care for my children elsewhere that will respect us as the parents and where they have my children's health prioritized over trying to look down their noses at us for being concerned for our children.
I would definitely recommend Nicole Pistono (Nikki) and AFC urgent care. Thank you!! I was having a terrible sore throat and was feeling sore and hurting all over. I was able to squeeze in before they closed for the day. Great staff with excellent bedside manner. Thank you for helping find out what was wrong and giving me the proper treatment and medication so get me feeling better. I would definitely recommend!! Thank you!!
I went for an emergency visit for an injury in my right foot, was in pain and extremely nervous of what type of injury I had. The staff was courteous and attentive but the NP that saw me Calvert Britton was short and not attentive at all he dismissed me almost immediately send me to do X-rays and said I had to go to orthopedist because my ankle was broken he didn’t take the time to explain type of fracture where it was located or to even prescribe any pain meds or even ask if I was taking anything, as a matter of fact I felt... read more
