I woke up still having very bad back pain and side pain. I called the facility and was able to immediately get a text to do paperwork as a convenience prior to coming in. Also, an appointment set and I was seen in less than a hour. The front desk staff was friendly. The lobby wait time was less than five minutes. The nursing staff and the physician were very polite, caring and professional. Though very knowledgeable, unfortunately they did everything they could do for me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing office from start to finish! The nurse was so friendly, and PA Layne was incredibly professional, compassionate, and thorough. Layne took the time to explain everything to my son, even after closing, and never made us feel rushed. They turned what could have been a very stressful and scary situation into a much easier experience. I would highly recommend this office to anyone! Thank you for taking such great care of us!
