I came in with chest discomfort and possible arm break. I informed the receptionist and proceeded to wait for 3.5 hrs until all appointments were seen. Only to be told that the X-Ray technician was not in for the day. All they could prescribe was medication. I asked for my deposit back (not allowed) since they did not see me for anything only to give me ibuprofen. I didn’t have to wait long to get called in. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And I got treated well. Doctor also made sure to check and do xrays to check everything was well for me. best urgent care
