Seamless experience! Never been there before but got checked in extremely fast. I ended up having the flu so was not feeling well at all, the receptionists and nurse being fast to put me in a room and see me was amazing. The PA, Mia Khin, listened to me and I felt very comfortable talking to her. She addressed all my symptoms and prescribed me what I needed to knock out the virus. Our experience with AFC Urgent Care Fort Collins was everything I could ask for and more in exceptional medical care for my 18-month-old. We were able to easily schedule an appointment, get into office quickly, and receive top-notch service. The staff was great, examination rooms are very comfortable and kid friendly, and staff genuinely gives their full time and attention. Couldn’t recommend better.
The best Urgent Care I have ever been to. I went to another urgent care and two Telehealth visits before finding AFC. I came in frustrated with no answers and felt like the three other health care professionals left me hanging with no answers. These girls took very good care of me and we’re very understanding of what I was going through. They provided really compassionate care and I left feeling much better that I was listened to and accommodated to. Will be going here from here on out.
I walked in on a Monday morning and was quite amazed at the ease of the check-in process, had no wait time, saw a nurse first who took vital sign info, asked about symptoms and did a short medical exam. Then the doctor came in, did her own inquiry and checkup and gave clear description of what she thought was going on, what she will prescribe and before leaving I was given a thorough writeup of medication prescription and plan to get better. This place was fantastic. The front desk was super sweet very attentive to everyone in there. Their check in system was very smooth. The waiting area is nice and clean. It was very busy when I was there and they got me in ten minutes before my appointment time. To begin with everyone was in a fantastic mood, even though it was busy. Everyone there was trying their best to check on you.
