AFC off of timberline was clean, friendly, and somehow relaxing! The best part about the whole thing: relaxing turtle music in the exam rooms! I had low expectations walking in, thinking it was some big-chain, doc-in-box, patient mill experience, but that was, thankfully, not the case! The X ray tech who did my drug screen was personable and friendly, explaining things thoroughly. I came in because I've been experiencing some unusual health things that all together seemed concerning and I don't currently have a primary care doctor. I chose AFC mainly because they are in network with my insurance. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The medical assistant that took my blood pressure and other information was friendly and caring. The doctor I saw was lovely! I really liked her and would consider her as my primary care doctor. Never had an experience at an urgent care worth leaving any review for....just usually want to get my problem solved--but I visited here at AFC Urgent Care yesterday and had the absolute best experience. From my initial phone call before I came in with the x ray tech who was so kind and helpful and empathetic, to going in and the front desk staff being so friendly and helpful as well, to the same x ray tech and then the provider giving me excellent care. I walked in on an early Sunday afternoon with an eye injury from mowing . There was only one person ahead of me.I checked in online and by the time I was done it was my turn. The staff was friendly and courteous. The place was spotless and welcoming. The provider was very knowledgeable and took care while thoroughly examining my injury. 10 out of 10.
What a fantastic place, had an irritating bug bite rash of all times while traveling and popped in while en route , the facility was near Hotel. The receptionist was awesome friendly and explained all that I needed to do. Was taken back to exam area quickly got all preliminary vitals recorded by upbeat nice PA. Saw Dr right away, she was nice very personable and my vacation and travels have been much more comfortable from there assistance. If I lived here I would not have a general practitioner and just come here.
