AFC off of timberline was clean, friendly, and somehow relaxing! The best part about the whole thing: relaxing turtle music in the exam rooms! I had low expectations walking in, thinking it was some big-chain, doc-in-box, patient mill experience, but that was, thankfully, not the case! The X ray tech who did my drug screen was personable and friendly, explaining things thoroughly. Check in was kind and helpful when I couldn't find my current insurance information. I didn't wait long to be seen. The nurse took my vital signs and history. The nurse practitioner knew the reason for my visit. She offered help in renewing some prescriptions and provided me with a list of providers accepting new patients. It was a smooth professional process from start to finish.
Everyone who works here is super friendly. They were patient with me and answered my questions. The front desk girl was very kind to let me use the phone to help. With English And the doctor who treated me was also incredibly kind. She was so gentle when she gave me the vaccines and when she took the blood sample; she wasn't rude at all, very patient and incredibly kind. Thank you so much.
Honestly shocked at how helpful the provider was! We actually felt seen and listened to. My Neurodivergent kiddo was taken care of with kindness and respect. The clinic was clean and quiet. They had calming music playing in each of the rooms. There was no one else waiting in the lobby and we were seen in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend and will be back if we need urgent care again
I brought my Dad in here and was really grateful for the staff and quick visit. He was sat in a room and later they allowed me to wait with him. The lobby had great music, and enjoyed the calming music and TV in the waiting room. The staff were funny, compassionate, and easy to talk too! I’d prefer this over Banner and UC health anymore with all of the management changes there. Also really liked the free coffee and waterbottles.
