I have never thought to review a medical business but my experience here was so positive that I felt compelled to give 5-stars. AFC is truly the best urgent care I’ve ever gone to. The check-in was quick and smooth with little wait time. The staff was prompt, professional, and incredibly compassionate. AFC off of timberline was clean, friendly, and somehow relaxing! The best part about the whole thing: relaxing turtle music in the exam rooms! I had low expectations walking in, thinking it was some big-chain, doc-in-box, patient mill experience, but that was, thankfully, not the case! The X ray tech who did my drug screen was personable and friendly, explaining things thoroughly. This place respects you, listens to you, and teaches you through compassion and ultra professionalism. I came to be see on a Sunday because I tried everything and couldn’t resolve my post nasal drip and sinus inflammation. AFC urgent care treated me so well and they took my medical history of what has worked for me in the past and how I prefer to be treated into account—True doctors providing true medicine is what they are; additionally, they gave me peace of mind. I brought my Dad in here and was really grateful for the staff and quick visit. He was sat in a room and later they allowed me to wait with him. The lobby had great music, and enjoyed the calming music and TV in the waiting room. The staff were funny, compassionate, and easy to talk too! I’d prefer this over Banner and UC health anymore with all of the management changes there. Also really liked the free coffee and waterbottles.
The staff were very friendly and helpful! There were two people in front of me but they got to me quickly and treated me very professionally. I would go back in a heartbeat, but hopefully I have to anytime soon! Great place
