AFC off of timberline was clean, friendly, and somehow relaxing! The best part about the whole thing: relaxing turtle music in the exam rooms! I had low expectations walking in, thinking it was some big-chain, doc-in-box, patient mill experience, but that was, thankfully, not the case! The X ray tech who did my drug screen was personable and friendly, explaining things thoroughly. I have never thought to review a medical business but my experience here was so positive that I felt compelled to give 5-stars. AFC is truly the best urgent care I’ve ever gone to. The check-in was quick and smooth with little wait time. The staff was prompt, professional, and incredibly compassionate. Everyone who works here is super friendly. They were patient with me and answered my questions. The front desk girl was very kind to let me use the phone to help. With English And the doctor who treated me was also incredibly kind. She was so gentle when she gave me the vaccines and when she took the blood sample; she wasn't rude at all, very patient and incredibly kind. Thank you so much.
Honestly shocked at how helpful the provider was! We actually felt seen and listened to. My Neurodivergent kiddo was taken care of with kindness and respect. The clinic was clean and quiet. They had calming music playing in each of the rooms. There was no one else waiting in the lobby and we were seen in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend and will be back if we need urgent care again
Took my daughter there during her lunch break from school to get checked out because she wasn’t feeling well. They ran multiple tests (Covid, flu, strep) and we were in an out of there in 45 min. Mattie was amazing and you could tell she does truly care about helping people!! This is our 3-4th time there this year and every experience has been great and very quick!!
