I’ve been going to AFC Urgent Care since my freshman year of college, and now as a junior, I can honestly say they’ve been consistently amazing. Every doctor and nurse I’ve seen there has been so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Had a really great experience here for the first time with my son. We were greeted and helped immediately. Check in and waiting period didn’t take too long at all. The nurse and medical provider were all extremely kind and helpful! Appreciate this staff and the care we got here at AFC and hope we don’t need to be back soon, but will be thankful to know we have a place to go that we can trust!

Consider going elsewhere. Came here for what I had hoped would be a quick x-ray for an injured finger and after waiting over 2 hours past my scheduled appointment, I still have not been seen. Their app also shows how many people are in front of you that had appointments versus who was a walk-in. For some reason, this particular location opted to not prioritize appointments over walk-ins. Strongly recommend going another route for any urgent care related needs unless you want to just pay for 2 hours of Bob Ross subtitles.

Had an eye injury I wanted clarity on. Through Solv I was able to fill out paperwork and checkin before stepping foot in the office, which was convenient. They were pretty busy and I waited maybe like 15 minutes after my appointment time but I didn't mind really. I appreciated everyone’s politeness, care, and their willingness to work with my budget. The doctor who saw me was professional, warm, and effectively communicated my diagnosis. Doctor’s assistant was awesome too I appreciated his humor and politeness. Thank you

Walked into AFC Urgent Care Fort Collins for a drug screening and was pleasantly surprised. The front desk was business, friendly, and professional. No fluff, just efficient. Hayley, who handled the screening, was the same. Straightforward, respectful, and clearly knew what she was doing. The real highlight was the speed. I was in and out in about twenty minutes, which almost feels suspiciously efficient for anything labeled “urgent care.” Clean, smooth, no nonsense. Exactly how it should be.
