Consider going elsewhere. Came here for what I had hoped would be a quick x-ray for an injured finger and after waiting over 2 hours past my scheduled appointment, I still have not been seen. Their app also shows how many people are in front of you that had appointments versus who was a walk-in. For some reason, this particular location opted to not prioritize appointments over walk-ins. Strongly recommend going another route for any urgent care related needs unless you want to just pay for 2 hours of Bob Ross subtitles.
I’ve been going to AFC Urgent Care since my freshman year of college, and now as a junior, I can honestly say they’ve been consistently amazing. Every doctor and nurse I’ve seen there has been so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. Excellent care. Beautiful facility as well. Everyone was so nice and caring!! Got my ankle observed ( which was not the case with my son at Bayer ) and X-rayed. The whole appointment was within an hour. Thank you everyone!!
It was my providers first day, so things were understandablly a bit rigid, but other than that it was a better experience than any of the large urgent care's ive been to. Reception gal was super sweet and very helpful. I'll be making this my primary UC going forward.
Walked into AFC Urgent Care Fort Collins for a drug screening and was pleasantly surprised. The front desk was business, friendly, and professional. No fluff, just efficient. Hayley, who handled the screening, was the same. Straightforward, respectful, and clearly knew what she was doing. The real highlight was the speed. I was in and out in about twenty minutes, which almost feels suspiciously efficient for anything labeled “urgent care.” Clean, smooth, no nonsense. Exactly how it should be.
