AFC off of timberline was clean, friendly, and somehow relaxing! The best part about the whole thing: relaxing turtle music in the exam rooms! I had low expectations walking in, thinking it was some big-chain, doc-in-box, patient mill experience, but that was, thankfully, not the case! I came in because I've been experiencing some unusual health things that all together seemed concerning and I don't currently have a primary care doctor. I chose AFC mainly because they are in network with my insurance. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The medical assistant that took my blood pressure and other information was friendly and caring. The doctor I saw was lovely! I really liked her and would consider her as my primary care doctor. First time here, and just got my left Ear Irrigated. The whole experience was amazing. The staff were understanding and very kind. Getting checked in was super easy, and the nurses and doctor explained everything. I'm definitely going to come back here for any future medical needs.
Never had an experience at an urgent care worth leaving any review for....just usually want to get my problem solved--but I visited here at AFC Urgent Care yesterday and had the absolute best experience. I walked in on an early Sunday afternoon with an eye injury from mowing . There was only one person ahead of me.I checked in online and by the time I was done it was my turn. The staff was friendly and courteous. The place was spotless and welcoming. The provider was very knowledgeable and took care while thoroughly examining my injury. 10 out of 10.
