Professional, friendly and quick.
I had a really great experience from making the phone call to check out. Making an appointment wasn’t necessary but offered, I made it early to the appointment but it wasn’t an issue. The front office staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I did not wait long to be taken back maybe 2-3 minutes. Connie was my nurse and she was so pleasant and reassuring. Staff was very friendly and professional
The doctor was very efficient and showed compassion. She connected well with my teen, whom was very uncomfortable. My young teen expressed gratitude for her care provider and left with a smile! As a mother to a child with multiple health complexities, this established trust and a willingness to come back! Our provider also had children around my child’s age.
