My first experience with this location was very helpful. But my last experience with them was very disappointing because they changed staff. The male Muslim receptionist was very disrespectful the last time I visited because I was asking for directions. I never went back.
i chose this urgent care because i needed to be seen quickly, and i’m so glad i did! everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the process was fast and smooth. they listened to my concerns, found a solution, and explained everything clearly, including the instructions i needed to follow. i really appreciated how professional and helpful the staff was throughout my visit. i would definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone looking for quick, friendly, and professional care!
