The staff was a very friendly and caring
There was a 16 year old boy who was sitting in the waiting area with his arm bleeding. He had several tissues trying to contain the bleed and the rep at the front desk turned them away because they didn't have an id. That's a kid! Bleeding!! And was turned away. Compassion is one of the most important elements in health care and it was lacking. It wasn't the provider who turned him away it was the receptionist. I enjoyed meeting Dr Monroe. She was very thorough and genuinely cared. She listened to any concern/questions I had . I appreciate her patience and kindness. Rochelle at the front desk was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful .
