The entire team was very kind and efficient! They got my mom in fast and were very compassionate to her pain. The APRN walked us through every step and helped us in the know at all times. She got us in same day with an orthopedic as well. Truly above and beyond, I can’t be more thankful for their efficiency and kindness.
I visited this urgent care prior and filled out paperwork. However, this visit I was asked to do the same again, which seems repetitive. Not sure why this is.
I went here on 9/27 around 12pm after cutting my thumb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff immediately focused on helping me and took me back right away. The nurse stayed with me the entire time, comforting me when I got emotional, and the doctor who did my stitches was thorough, kind, and reassuring.
