Thank God I met Taylor today! I was trying to advocate for my friend who is on dialysis and he had blood work done bc he wasn't feeling well. 3 days and still no answers! I was on the phone for hours trying to advocate for him! I was so frustrated I was ready to drive my truck through dr whang office door. No call back on test results after 3 days KNOWING HE HAS HEALTH ISSUES! My cousin told me to do Ai and thats what we found out was wrong and here we are!
Is it normal not to receive an itemized bill when you self-pay? The front desk staff told me, "We don't give itemized bills when you pay out of pocket." I found that surprising and would like to know if this is actually their policy.
The patient was Gail Tunick. This place was great - they were pleasant, fast and efficient. The Dr was very friendly and knowledgeable.
