I had been so sick throughout the night and was able to schedule an appointment via the Solv app for first thing in the morning. When I arrived, I checked in via the app. Easy Peasy. The receptionist was so kind and took my insurance and payment quickly. The nurse (wish I could remember her name!) was patient and her bedside manner is top shelf! Very professional. I was treated promptly and the doctor on duty listened to my.concerns and prescribed accordingly. They were kind and made me laugh even in my ill condition.
