Very quick and easy. Super friendly staff all around!
Very nice facility and close to my home in Eastvale. The office is new, clean and well organized as well as a great location in Chino. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Lisa was great and thorough with my examination for a possible sinus infection. She sent the prescription over immediately to my nearby Pharmacy. I wouldn’t hesitate to use AFC Urgent Care again should I need to be seen in the future. Thank you very much! Cindy B.
The PA Lisa was great super clean clinic and friendly and helpful staff Harjot and Kashish and they gave my daughter stickers☺️
