The lobby was dirty. Dry mud all over the place. I reported it, but no one did anything about it. It smelled of dirt diapers. Registration is a nightmare. I came in with an issue with my eye. They want me to do a registration on my small one, take pictures of my insurance card and ID online with my issues. After 20 minutes of me registering I left. I never finished the process. Google says slower than usual traffic. An hour in for a pre employment drug test, starting from 3rd in line. Choose another location if you have an option.
This place is FAR from urgent. They sit around socializing instead of working leading to long wait times and frustration. I sat in the waiting area for an hour after signing in for a urinalysis. Then they had the nerve to call a walk-in to the back who came in after me. I’d advise choosing another location.
