Today was there 10 minutes before 8am Had to wait 10 more after they open up since receptionist was super later No xray technicians I took my MRI report and cd so they could assist with the pain injection and the lady said for me to go to the ER so why we have urgent care for?? Oh the other patient was there before for headache and she got the same injection that I wanted and was called inside... Felt a bit overwhelmed that was very unpleasant to experience I had the worst pain and I was denied to even be seen by the doctor.
Today I was assisted by Jade she was really nice and super patient with me I will rate her 10/10 .
