Dr. Irit Gordon was the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. Don’t just walk away from her office RUN. My husband and I made an appointment at 4:45pm. Received multiple texts stating reminders for our 4:45pm appointment. Showed up at 4:30pm and was in the Drs office by 4:40 waiting to be seen. Dr. Gordon rudely walks in and looks at her wrist and says to me “your appt was at 4:15 you are lucky I waited for you. Now translate that into Vietnamese for him” as she pointed to my husband. Very friendly staff. Clean, pleasant office. My doctor was knowledgable and very detailed with her explanation of the issues with my foot fracture.
Very little wait time , affordable co pay Sabrina & Leslie (providers) we very considerate and took the time to listen to my concerns. They answered all of my questions. I felt genuinely taken care of and left the appt with the Rx I needed to get back to healthy .
Lady at front desk never acknowledged us but when other people came in she acknowledged them horrible experience when first coming in Sabrina the nurse act like she didn't want to be at work crazy thing is when she seen us she put on face mask but with other people she didn't but Leslie the Dr was amazing she help my brother made him smile took great care of him she is the reason you got a 4 because otherwise because of Sabrina and lady at front I would have given a 1
