Getting in was fast. All the staff were very nice and polite, and it didn't take long to be seen by the physician.
Super negative experience- would not recommend going here. The manager Carina was very rude both in person and on the phone. They couldn’t figure out the drug screening process that I needed for new employment and told me I could do an in office one instead but then weren’t able to send it anywhere. When I called to get clarification Carina was extremely rude and kept talking over me and super defensive that they did everything correctly even though they clearly didn’t because nothing was ever received from my new employment... read more
this was my 2nd or 3rd trip to an urgent care facility, ever. I couldn't wait one more day to get in to see my PCP on Monday. Turns out it was a sinus infection along with laryngitis. Mary, Caleb and my provider Mandy were very nice. Mandy seemed to genuinely care as I croaked out my complaints. Walked out in less than an hour with a couple of prescriptions. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care Broadway.
