I am very disappointed with the care my baby received during our visit. The provider did not take the time to listen to my concerns or fully understand what I was trying to explain. No Portuguese interpreter or translation service was offered, which made communication very difficult. My baby has been sick for more than three weeks, but the examination felt rushed and incomplete.
