I went in for a visit and everything seemed fine until I was miss diagnosed and sent to the pharmacy to get a script for zofran 140.00 after paying 379.00 to your office. 170 of that was for a blood test and poop sample kit. I was called back and told I didn't need to take the poop test. Went back to return the kit and was told that I couldn't return it. So I asked why I was being charged for it then. I have had great experiences at the AFC on Pearl, so I don't want to diminish those experiences and care. However, at this point I have had two very negative experiences at the Baseline clinic, and would strongly recommend avoiding it. Recently, the provider seemed to have very little to no knowledge about basic questions I was asking regarding my symptoms. She had no suggestions, I came in saying what I thought I might have and she shot it down with no further ideas or testing. It was a complete waste of time and now they w... read more
I was given a swab test for the flu and covid and it was never ran. I had them check for results next day and it was never in the system.
Praise these saints for their caring rapid response! So happy I went and got help today
