Helpful staff and very quick visit. PA understood why I wanted to be tested for certain things when others refused to test me.
I have never had a bad experience at this AFC Urgent Care. From the front desk staff to the nurses and nurse practitioners. Everyone is always kind, compassionate, helpful and often very quick. It very rarely is more than a half a hour wait and even more rarely more than a half hour visit. Whether sick or injured they are always thorough and friendly. I highly recommend them!
Service was great. My issue is with the billing department. My EOB and the bill I was given were drastically different, and this woman has ghosted me for weeks. This is a bad look for any business, and it’s unfortunate to have this unprofessionalism tied to your company.
