They sent prescription to the wrong place multiple times and were very rude on the phone when we tried to call back to get it sorted out. And at 2 Walmarts and CVS they were never even sent the prescription. It was a disaster and I can understand the confusion but not the rudeness.
This gotta be the worst office in the state of Alabama wait times are long, nurse practitioner didnt seem to care really about concerns after she came in the room 45 mins later, stated I could go after I received my steriod shot waited another 45 mins checked with medical assistants they seem confused because she didnt even tell them to give me the shot‼️smh this is just ridiculous if yall dont care about patients health just close down and I sure hope if yall ever get sick yall get the same damn treatment I received at this... read more
