Every experience I've had with them has been, responsive and professional and treated me fair. I have had a few problems this winter, and did not charge me if they had to come out a second time. I would recommend them to anybody in their service area.
We had our furnace repaired by AFC in August. When another repair company came out, they discovered that the wires outside were reversed and connected incorrectly. Since this is a six-year-old home and our first repair in August, we know who did the latest work. We strongly advise against using this company and will not return as a customer.
AFC KC did a couple of maintenance calls for me and did really well so I had them come out to install a Lennox system. They were very thorough in their evaluation prior to the install and pointed out that I needed to install a liner for my clay-lined chimney prior to the install. AFC KC's price was very competitive and the install went without any issues.
