AFC KC did a couple of maintenance calls for me and did really well so I had them come out to install a Lennox system. They were very thorough in their evaluation prior to the install and pointed out that I needed to install a liner for my clay-lined chimney prior to the install. AFC KC's price was very competitive and the install went without any issues. Left a message the Tuesday before Thanksgiving weekend on their phone in the middle of the night that we didn't have any heat. They called me @ 8am, were at the house by 10:30 am and had it all fixed by 11am! Very responsive and they do what they say they're going to do!
I bought my furnace from AFC Heating and Cooling in the year 2013, and now it's 2024, and it's still runs great, never had any problems with the furnace at all; this is the number one store to go to.
Replaced my a/c and furnace. Company was very professional and polite. Price was very reasonable. Macon and Colton did the install and couldn't be more pleased with the turn out. Top notch company. Will tell all my friends and family. Great job and Thank you
