Wish I could give them more stars! Brandon was awesome from start to finish, very upfront and made every part of the process smooth. I opted to have the bike delivered, and Kiari did amazing. He treated it like it was his own bike and was incredibly thorough in checking it over, even checking things I wouldn't think to check! He really made it feel like the "white glove" experience. I cannot recommend AF1 enough.
Had a great purchase experience at AF1. Bought a new bike and Brandon worked with me to take care of my trade and get the new bike with a minimum of hassle. Love my new bike. This is the second bike purchased from af1 and both have been great.
Friendly, clean, professional establishment. Quick responses to text and phone inquiries and no nefarious or hidden fees. Ask for Sean. He handled everything via text and quickly sent invoices so I felt safe traveling a long distance to buy a Vespa. My experience with this AF1 Racing Dealership has been the best. All Sales persons and the people in Parts were knowledgeable and treated me with respect. Parts guy help me unload my trade in off of my trailer and loaded the new bike Kymco AK 550 without my help.. I had such a wonderful and smooth experience buying my Vespa here! It was done over the phone/text since I live out of town but Brandon answered all my questions quickly and with care. I could not recommend AF1 or Brandon enough. The highest quality in customer service and care. It’s been a lifelong dream to own a Vespa and now, thanks to them, I do!
