Our roof leak had been going on longer than we realized, and the water damage upstairs was worse than it looked. They spent a good part of the first visit checking how far the water had spread before starting the cleanup. They removed the wet material, got the area drying, and kept an eye on it over the next few days. I liked that they didn't rush into tearing things out before knowing what was actually damaged. The crew was polite, kept things clean, and explained what they were doing along the way.
We came home to water coming down through the kitchen light fitting. AW Water Damage Restoration turned up inside three hours and made it safe before anything else. A ceiling was going to have to come out and they told me so immediately, with no false hope offered. Everything got dried out, everything got tested, and the kitchen is back to normal now.
called them after our finished basement took on water. they were out quick, explained the plan, and just kept me updated the whole way through. found them through a recommendation over in Niles and glad i did!
AW did a full water remediation job after a supply line behind the fridge let go and soaked the kitchen and part of the dining room. The hardwood was saved which I really didn't expect. They pulled the baseboards, dried the subfloor, and treated everything before putting it back together. You can't see where the damage was at all now. The moisture report they gave us afterward was thorough and clearly written.
