AW did a full water remediation job after a supply line behind the fridge let go and soaked the kitchen and part of the dining room. The hardwood was saved which I really didn't expect. They pulled the baseboards, dried the subfloor, and treated everything before putting it back together. You can't see where the damage was at all now. The moisture report they gave us afterward was thorough and clearly written.
Had a slow leak behind the kitchen wall that we didn't catch until the flooring started buckling. AW came out to assess and the water had spread further than I thought, into the subfloor and partway into the dining room. The extraction work was the part that surprised me most. They used some kind of mat system to pull water out of the hardwood without having to rip everything up, and a good chunk of the original flooring ended up being saved. AW took care of everything after aur basement flooded. water removal, drying equipment, the warks. they were quick and kept us in the loop the whloe time
Called and spoke with them last Friday and they set up for an estimator to come out on Saturday and said iIwould get a call. No one called or showed up. When I called them this morning they told me they were too busy to do service for me. Not very good customer service
