AW took care of everything after aur basement flooded. water removal, drying equipment, the warks. they were quick and kept us in the loop the whloe time
Called and spoke with them last Friday and they set up for an estimator to come out on Saturday and said iIwould get a call. No one called or showed up. When I called them this morning they told me they were too busy to do service for me. Not very good customer service
Aw handled water damage restoration at out property after a supply line broke and flooded two rooms. They were out in Niles the same morning and started extraction right away. The drying took a few days with all the equipment running but they monitored it closely. Good company, knew their stuff and kept us informed throughout.
Our water heater failed while we were away for a few days, and when we returned the utility room and part of the finished basement were completely soaked. Drywall was swollen, carpet soaked, and insulation saturated. AW responded the same day with a crew. They pumped out all standing water, removed drywall about two feet up wherever moisture was detected, and took out the damaged insulation.
