I just received my penguin necklace today and I love it. It’s exactly what I expected; delicate, beautiful and unique. Also, excellent customer service. Great communication and very helpful. My necklace was shipped from Japan to the Netherlands and Akiko kept me informed at all times. Furthermore, after the Dutch postal office lost the necklace, she helped me trace it. This definitely won’t be the last time I order a piece from AF House.

何年も前にTomorrowlandでフクロウのネックレスを購入して、とても気に入っていたので、ニューヨークに行く際には絶対に店舗に訪問しようと思っていましたが、コロナで機会も無くなってしまったので、娘の誕生日のタイミングでオンラインで購入しました。 Akiko sanが直接対応してくださり、色々と提案もいただき、とても素敵な買い物ができました！ありがとうございます。 また世界が元に戻ったら是非お店にも行きたいです！
